Description

After following an additional cursus in pastry at the hotel school of Biscay alongside Stéphane Auger and Dominique Sabatier, young Pastry Chef Anthony Chenoz now occupies the sweet part of Château Cordeillan Bages . With his Chef Jean Luc Rocha he considers as a spiritual father, he has the beautiful goal to delight the  gourmets buds who stop in this magical Medoc place in the heart of Pauillac.

Talented and in love with his profession, this pastry chef worked with Michel Bras and Pierre Mirgalet, "Meilleur Ouvrier de France", who then became his mentor. He went in the final of "General Skills Competition" and wins the silver medal in the "Contest of the Best Apprentice of France - restaurant dessert chef . "
