Vine growing : Environmental care vine growing. Cordon de Royat pruning. Weed growing, every other row. Eastem leaf removal. Mechanical harvesting.

Winemaking : 4 hours long pressing with no digging. Natural and static cold setting during 2 days. Slow and cold fermentation at 16°C, to preserve the fruit. 2 pump overs. No malolactic fermentation.

Aging: Aging with wine mud in barrel for 8 months. Bottling at the estate.

Flavour profile:

Beautiful Straw yellow color, very bright.

Intense and fruity aroma with notes of green apple, lemon ,pineapple pear and tinges of honey and vanilla.

Taste fresh and well-balanced with a long after taste.

Food pairing: Perfectly suits fish, seafood and cold dishes.

Service: Best served at 10-12°C.

Aging potential: Ought to be kept for 2 years.

Production: 5,000 bottles (750 ml)
