As far back as he can remember, Romain Barthe, a native of eastern France, has always wanted to be a cook. Inspired by the hospitality of his mother, he deepened his knowledge of products and forge his demanding quality and creativity with chefs such as Gilles Blandin, Michel Troisgros, Gérard Boyer and De Courten. Romain now starred chef at the Auberge de Clochemerle in Vaux-en-Beaujolais has learned to respect the seasons and the pleasure of a job well done. It is in this place of sense and taste, full of character, his wife Delphine transmitted her passion for this land. Shaped in a spirit of harmony, the Auberge opens generously on the vine. Romain's kitchen tries to transform the gifts of nature in species developed without losing the essential lightness, suggestive provocation, the daily quest exceeded ; So emotions cuisine, always renewed.
