The kitchen is a family affair iby the Bras, which tales about three generations already. Three chapters written by Grandma Bras, Michel and Sébastien now. Early in the kitchen Michel Bras was able to chart his own path to a sleek, bold, sincere, focused on nature and Aubrac kitchen, with the desire to discover a contemporary expression that installs on top on a small hill overlooking Laguiole, Suquet. Running the Suquet since 2009, Sébastien Bras charts a new course on the Aubrac, with the same passion and the same sensitivity as his father Michel. By the rhythm of nature, he offers food in movement that transcribes the emotion he felt at its touch. His intuitive and precise cooking becomes an experience for the others. Wuth Véronique, his accomplice, they greet you with that sense of hospitality so dear to the inhabitants of the plateau and the Bras family. As for Ginette and Michel Bras, they remain today discrete advisors of Véronique and Sébastien and unwavering support.
