Winemaking process : Following the most traditional methods with a temperature regulation system. Four weeks fermentation of skins. Malolactic fermentation in barrels. Twelve-month ageing in oak barrels renewed of one third every year.
Tasting notes : Intense and deep red colour with dark violet glints. The ripe and toasted fruit aromas make up the explosive nose of this wine. Smooth mouth attack. The ripe fruit aromas melt completely with the toasted notes. Powerful, structured and round wine. Elegant tannic weft. The finish is tannic and fruited with a good mouth length and a good aromatic persistence.
