Description

Grape varieties/blending : 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc

Soil : Gravelly Clay

Winemaking process : Traditional winemaking process, which takes place in regulated concrete vats for about four weeks. Malolactic fermentation is made in the same vats, and then the wine is put into barrels for another 12 months. Blending wood: 35 % is aged in new barrels and the rest in one year barrels.

Tasting notes : The colour is a deep intense red with cherry reflections. Ripe fruits flavours and the spices give to the nose complexity and aromatic intensity. The mouth has a rare smoothness, elegant, structured, round and presents a beautiful persistence, revealing ripe fruits flavours. The finish is tannic fruity, long and has a beautiful aromatic persistence.
