Alaska Airlines plans to hire more than 3,500 employees in 2023

LONDON – If you ever thought about working for an airline, 2023 could be your year. This week, Alaska Airlines announced plans to hire more than 3,500 new employees this year in a variety of roles and functions.

As the airline continues to grow and plans further fleet expansions, it has called on interested parties to fill a wide range of roles at the airline.

Alaska Airlines has provided a projected list of open positions in the approximate numbers they expect to recruit over the next year.

From maintenance technicians to contact center agents, flight attendants and pilots, customer service agents and software engineers, the airline has a variety of opportunities available to those with a potential interest in aviation.

Most of the new jobs are at the airline’s hubs in Seattle and Portland, as well as locations across the West Coast.

Benefits like the ability to work from home and flexible hours are also available with some roles.
